  Vegetarian

  When I decided to become a Vegetarian, which was over thirty years ago,  I wasFruits told by 
  many friends and family members that I was just going through a  
  ‘Faze or ‘Fad’.  At that time, Vegetarians were considered
  “Health Nuts”.   Implying that trying to be Healthy was crazy. 
  Slowly over the years, society is realizing that Animal Products, 
  White Flour, Over-processed and Artificially Preserved Foods  – 
  Ferment, Spoil, Decay and Overstimulates our bodies and 
  cause premature aging and death.  Maybe, Vegetarianism 
  wasn’t as crazy as they thought!

  Today, many people are looking to embrace this Lifestyle in the hopes of achieving     
  optimum health.  Many clients come to me to learn how to make that step-by-step transi- 
  Vegetarian Foodtion to Vegetarianism.  They are learning that they can change their lifestyle and eating habits as well as the eating habits of their children.  Mothers are now 
reporting that their children raised as Vegetarians are less ill than those not raised as Vegetarian, even within the same household.  Eating well = Optimum health!

There are many books on the subject.  I am in the process of writing a Step-by-Step Manual for those individuals who are interested in making the transition and sticking with it. This book will be coming out soon.

  

  Living and Raw Foods

  There is a rapidly growing movement towards Living/Live and/or Raw Foods. A concept of 
  eating all of your meals Raw (uncooked).

  For many of us, just trying to move towards Healthier Living or Vegetarianism isGrapes a
  challenge.  The idea of eating only uncooked foods may sound boring, 
  if not impossible.  I felt the same way until I was introduced to and 
  personally studied with Ann Wigmore, Founder of the Hippocrates 
  Health Institute
in Boston - the true Founder of Modern Day Living
  Foods.  My understanding of Living Foods changed forever.  Not only 
  are Living/Live and/or Raw foods tasty, but also what amazed me 
  more was the variety of meals available - full course meals and
  desserts!  

  Our body is a Living, Breathing, Organic structure and the best foods 
  for our body is Living, Breathing, Organic and Uncooked Foods.  This will allow our body to
 
  Cleanse, Heal and Rebuild itself without interference.  Diseases will start to disappear and 
  long life will be within your grasp.

  I must say at this point – everything you do should be in stages.  Overnight changes 
  to your diet can breed failure. A step-by-step transition can bring greater success.
